Saying that these past nine months have been a blessing is an understatement.
Some of Knox's favorite things to play with include:
- nursery water jugs
- refrigerator magnets
- the dancing skeleton
- his new laptop computer
- footballs
- coupon pages
- his Caterpillar wheel loader
- our front door's hinges
- lids
- cabinets
- cups
- canned drinks
- canned food
- 2 liter bottles
- baby food jars
- doors
- water bottles
- boxes
- Daddy's hat
- anything that doesn't belong to him
There is no doubt about it! If you want to see Knox crawl as fast as he can, all you have to do is simply open the refrigerator door. This little kiddo can boogy!
We do not let him play in the refrigerator, but one day he was a little too fast for us. He was THRILLED!"I've been wanting in here for MONTHS!
It's even better than I expected!"
Daddy took a day of vacation today, and we were so excited about spending time with him. Even better, we got to meet Uncle Chris for lunch!

from here on out!
Deal?!"
Unfortunately, we had to leave our lunch date and go to our doctor's appointment. Knox has been sick for a few weeks, and he's been gradually getting worse.
Knox's white blood cell count was up, which means he has a bacterial infection. His lungs were clear, but his right ear was a little red. He did very, very well when he received the Decadron shot. We also started him on some antibiotics tonight.
Knox is 30 inches long, and he weighs 24 pounds.
This is the first time Knox has been sick, so we thought making it nine months was pretty good! Praise God!

Mrs. Susan thought Knox needed a sucker to make him feel better after the shot. It didn't take him long to figure out what to do! If he could talk, he certainly would have agreed!
*Knox had to have his finger pricked so they could draw some blood. The bandaid didn't last very long because Knox puts everything in his mouth. He ended up getting the bandaid off pretty quickly. He decorated his daddy's hat and shirt with his bloody finger.
